In my Senior year of high school (2016-2017), we were assigned to create a Capstone for our major.
My capstone was awarded the "2017 Principal's Award" for "outstanding performance in Graphic Design's Senior Capstone Project". Only three students per major won this award.
I consider this project to be one of the first instances where I realized I wanted to do art and storyboarding as a career for the rest of my life. While I do not consider this to be my best work (far from it), I consider it an important part of my history with art, and I'm proud for the amount of work I did in the short time we had to work on this project. It took approximately 2-3 months of work and a day dedicated to showcasing our work in a public Capstone event.
